Channel House Website + Collateral
Catalyst was contracted by Kane Realty Corporation for work on Channel House — their new development project in the up-and-coming North Hills Innovation District of Raleigh, North Carolina. With the name and brand identity already established, the Catalyst team was asked to create print materials and a custom website to help promote and lease up the property. These materials needed to capture Channel House’s unique, eclectic, maker-oriented lifestyle while also highlighting its enviable location in the bustling North Hills neighborhood.
The Catalyst team utilized the elements from a comprehensive brand book — including logos, sub-logos, typography, and colors — in a variety of print materials, including individual floor plan sheets and a site map overview. A custom, static location map was drawn to highlight the proximity of Channel House to various retail, dining, and entertainment locations. Though this map can stand alone as a print piece, it was created to seamlessly integrate into the full website design.
The Channel House elite website was built with innovation and creativity in mind. With bold colors, overlapping elements, and vivid imagery, it captures the uniqueness of the property in a fun and exciting way. User experience was also an important factor, allowing prospective residents to easily navigate to the photo gallery, the floor plan page, and more. The site design incorporates stock imagery of residents engaging in creative activities — painting, recording podcasts, and more — as well as tailored messaging such as “Creatively designed, authentically you,” and “You’re an original. Your home should be, too.”
