Jackson brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, and enterprise operations, positioning him to lead Catalyst into its next chapter of innovation and growth.
Jackson has built his career driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across startups, consultancies, and global enterprises. Most recently, he served as Senior AI Architect at Lahzo, where he designed automation frameworks and enterprise strategies to accelerate scalable growth. Before that, he was Vice President of Operations at OpenTeams, where he expanded AI consulting programs and oversaw enterprise transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients.
Earlier in his career, Jackson founded Jolly Science, a global consultancy delivering software, automation, and digital solutions with a developer network of more than 40 members. He also played a pivotal role in transforming Newsweek.com into a cloud-based enterprise solution and served as Technology Director at Ogilvy & Mather, leading enterprise content management implementations for clients such as Dove, DuPont, and American Express.
