Campus Pointe is one of the furthest properties from Kent State University, but that hasn’t stopped them from reaching 96.5 percent occupancy on the 630 beds they lease. They have been voted the best student-housing property in Kent, Ohio, and enrollment at Kent State is up and continuing to grow.
Campus Pointe’s easy-to-use website draws around 2,000 visits per month thanks to Catalyst’s push for online leasing in their new brochures and spec sheets. The on-site staff has offered great input on the leasing process, which they weren’t able to do with the previous management company. Allowing their participation and considering their suggestions have helped with team morale and encouraged the staff to participate. Although Campus Pointe isn’t the newest property in the area, their recent rebranding has succeeded in allowing them to stay fresh on students’ minds. With the combined efforts of added support from Campus Advantage and effective marketing from Catalyst, Campus Pointe has been able to fill up fast.
