Yacht Harbor Portland Dining Month Campaign

In order to boost tours and traffic to the property, Catalyst created an integrated campaign in March 2018 for Yacht Harbor Club. The campaign centered on Portland Dining Month, an annual — and highly anticipated — culinary celebration in Portland. Residents were encouraged to refer a friend to tour for a chance to win a three-course dinner for four at the local restaurant of their choice. Prospects were also invited to check out the property for the first time for a chance at the giveaway.

The campaign featured lifestyle imagery of people enjoying meals and socializing together, with complementary colors and a fun text treatment rounding out the visuals. Deliverables included three variations of a half-page flyer, six emails, a prospect landing page, a resident landing page, social graphics, and social ads.
