Catalyst was approached by Walton RRA Homes, LLC to take on a boutique community development on the east side of Austin. The community was set for an early 2017 open and was in need of a brand identity, marketing materials, a website, and a large digital presence to support pre-leasing efforts.
The name “Walton East” was chosen as a way to solidify the property’s location, and each duplex in the community was given an Austin-esque name — for example, The Erwin, The Eddy, and The Vaughn, to name a few. The brand itself took a clean, minimal feel to mirror the design of the homes, with a color palette of greens and grays that reflected the interior design and wooded location.
To begin brand awareness immediately, Catalyst developed a website showcasing all of the property’s features and a VIP contact list for exclusive updates. Additionally, Catalyst prepared traditional collateral such as a sales sheet, a paper system, social media collateral, and email templates.
