The Eight Forty

Catalyst was engaged to develop a brand for a new boutique development in San Antonio, Texas, set to open in fall 2017. The development, called Eight Forty, would feature floor-to-ceiling windows, concrete floors, top-tiered amenities, and unbeatable San Antonio views.

Catalyst began by creating a logo and a brand sheet, and to begin pre-leasing efforts immediately, developed a website showcasing all of the property’s features. Additionally, Catalyst prepared a sales sheet, a rate sheet, and physical building signage that carried the brand to more tangible mediums.
