The Bridge Branding and Marketing Materials

Located near the University of Pittsburgh, The Bridge on Forbes is a new housing development for students and young professionals that offers an amenity-rich, cutting-edge living experience.

Upon being presented with The Bridge on Forbes’ initial project brief, the Catalyst team presented a variety of logo and naming concepts that encompassed the modern, innovative feel of the new high-rise development while also incorporating the heritage of the city of Pittsburgh. The final branding features a bright yellow color scheme anchored by dark slate and charcoal tones, industrial textures, eye-catching geometric shapes, and an iconic bridge logo mark.

Catalyst created a temporary site to count down the days until the development opens and worked closely with outside vendors to provide top-of-the-line 3D renderings of the property. The Bridge on Forbes, slated to open and begin serving students in fall 2019, used branded print collateral, digital media, and exterior signage to showcase the property to prospective residents. By joining a VIP list, students were the first to know of exciting developments at the property.

Creative for The Bridge on Forbes branding included naming, a tagline, a logo, a brand guide, a paper system, a marketing brochure, a temporary website, a full website, a sales sheet, a half-page handout, social media collateral, construction signage, and more.
