The Addie at Westlake, a new collection of 46 luxury homes in the Austin suburb of West Lake Hills, approached Catalyst with an existing logo design and a need for marketing collateral to get the message out.
The Catalyst team used elements from the existing Addie logo to create a cool toned color palette and a standalone bridge mark. Much like the community itself, the expanded identity captured a minimal, luxurious aesthetic accented by curved shapes, a white brick texture, and a geometric crossing-line pattern. These graphic elements were inspired by the home architecture and building exteriors to create a seamless experience for potential buyers. Lastly, the photography choices wove in elements of golf, boating, and family — all central to the Westlake area.
Once the expanded brand was finalized, Catalyst designed a custom one-page website, floor plan sheets, a sales sheet, a brochure, and a community overview listing nearby attractions, shopping, and schools. Catalyst created an attractive logo-based 8’x8’ sign to be placed on the adjacent highway that served as a means to introduce the brand to the public and help guide the targeted demographic to the community’s location.
