Spring Survey Campaign

Twice a year, Campus Advantage implements a nationwide survey to gauge resident satisfaction across its portfolio of properties. This survey tracks reasoning behind apartment choices, move-in and leasing experiences, amenities, customer service, and more.

The 2018 Spring Survey theme was “Customize Your Experience,” geared around the idea of giving residents the power to create their ideal community. As a result, colorful paint visuals were used to drive home that idea and catch the attention of potential survey takers. Catalyst created a flyer, social media collateral, and desktop backgrounds to help promote the survey.
