Each year, Campus Advantage employees submit ideas and vote on a theme to use portfolio-wide for move-in season. In 2015, a travel theme was selected, and Catalyst created a variety of pieces to promote move-in day in advance, as well as to help facilitate people moving in at each property. Pieces included a logo and branding for the campaign, door hangers, flyers, a banner, table tents, stake signs, emails, landing pages, social media graphics, and a fast pass. In addition to these pieces, Catalyst worked with Campus Advantage’s Students First™ team to create a passport and stamps to be used throughout the year at the properties. Each resident received a passport and, throughout the year, different events would result in students earning stamps in their passport, providing added engagement at each community.
