In an effort to help Knox Ridge address common pain points from residents, Catalyst created a multi-platform toolbox of assets for the property in spring 2016. The toolbox focused on common areas of concern for prospects, such as “Worried about getting to class on time?”, “Want to bring your furry friend to Knoxville?”, and “Trying to avoid the freshman 15?”

Assets included eight half-page flyers, eight social graphics, eight email graphics, and eight 15-second videos, each addressing one of the top pain points by highlighting an amenity or service the property offered. Individual pieces were designed to successfully stand alone; however, prospects could also visit a landing page that contained information about all eight topics in the campaign.
