Hometown Magazine

The Hometown magazines were produced with the goal to promote housing within the Baton Rouge, Louisiana market (The Armstrong, The Oliver, The Lodges at 777, The Villas at Riverbend) and the Columbia, Missouri market (Grindstone Canyon, Grayson Cottages, Forest Village & Woodlake, The Domain at Columbia). An integrated campaign was designed to support the magazines, which featured property information and resident testimonials, as well as lifestyle pieces about city hot spots and restaurants. To drive leasing in these markets, the anchor of the campaign is an ongoing incentive encouraging prospects to tour all four properties in either Baton Rouge or Columbia within 24 hours to receive a half-month of free rent.

Deliverables included direct mail, websites, emails, flyers, social media ads, hard copies and digital versions of the magazines, and dedicated landing pages.
