Catalyst was asked to create a Cyber Monday campaign and collateral for Campus Advantage to use to market student housing properties to students around the United States. The campaign needed to be generic enough to include all properties within the portfolio while being universal in appeal, visuals, and theme.
Catalyst capitalized on the popularity of Instagram’s recent rebrand — and the resurgence of Polaroid cameras — to create the theme, “Capture the Moment.” Just like photos that stop a moment in time, the campaign encouraged prospects and residents to make the most of this one-day-only event. The cornerstone video was eye-catching and engaging, while featuring real residents and Instagram posts from CA properties.
In addition to the video, Catalyst created social media graphics, emails and associated landing pages, posters, and flyers to allow each property to tease Cyber Monday specials leading up to November 28 (Cyber Monday).
