Capital Expenditures Campaign

The purpose of the Capital Expenditures campaign was to promote major community/unit improvements currently taking place at the following CASA properties: The Monroe (Bloomington, Indiana), The Bryn (State College, Pennsylvania), The Wyatt (Kalamazoo, Michigan), and Tremont (State College, Pennsylvania).

Deliverables included two emails with a landing page, a resident letter, an on-site banner, social graphics, social ads, and a half-page flyer. Visual elements of upgrades were incorporated throughout the deliverables to encourage excitement among residents/prospects in order to help achieve the overall goal of the ongoing campaign, which is to generate 20 leads per property.
