The Barracks Christmas Campaign
In November 2016, Catalyst was contracted to create a holiday-themed campaign to drive renewals and new leases using the theme “Christmas on Us!” The campaign centered on a visual holiday display with packages in the leasing office; any resident or prospect that signed a lease during the campaign would receive a $100 gift card. They were then invited to attend a Christmas party where they could choose a gift from under the tree, each containing a prize such as an iPad Pro, Beats headphones, an Xbox bundle, a Fitbit, and a Google Home.
Deliverables for the campaign included a half-page flyer, bandit signs, social graphics, emails, a landing page, and a custom 60-second video promoting the various giveaways. Visuals were consistent across the different mediums, incorporating brand colors, fun text treatments, and a warm holiday feel.
