Media and Research Manager
Melissa Cornine brings seven years of experience to her role as Media & Research Manager at Catalyst, focusing on digital ad placements and target audience research. Her background in search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) marketing, along with her willingness to learn new technologies, helps to incorporate new offerings to Catalyst’s digital marketing services and placement opportunities. Melissa is Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified, and is in the process of gaining expert-level knowledge in a variety of other certifications to facilitate making the best recommendations for clients. She also conducts research focused on understanding the motivators of each generation and specific market segments to tailor digital strategies built around a targeted audience.
Prior to Catalyst, Melissa held the role of Digital Marketing Analyst at Yodle, Inc., where she led a pilot program integrating SEO and SEM practices to a pair of analysts for a set book of business. After the six-week test phase, the new structure was successfully rolled out to the greater organization. Melissa also previously held the role of Outreach Marketing Coordinator at Unique Influence, where she provided content development, created and improved internal digital marketing best practices, and more.
During football season, you can find Melissa cheering on her alma mater, the West Virginia University Mountaineers, or spending money on her true passions — pizza and wine.
