Luke Dyer brings over 12 years of systems planning and strategic development to his position as Interactive Specialist at Catalyst. On a daily basis, Luke builds and deploys individual email campaigns, portfolio-wide email campaigns, and automated programs. He also performs ongoing research that is instrumental to establishing benchmarks and ensuring Catalyst uses current technologies and reports on campaign results. Luke is involved in developing reporting methods and producing monthly reports across a variety of campaign services.
Prior to Catalyst, Luke held the role of Strategic Web Specialist at Nexersys, a fitness and gaming company. There, he implemented a visual sales dashboard, executed a customer database migration, developed a new corporate website, and implemented a sales process and pipeline for potential and incoming clients. Luke has extensive knowledge in website development, e-commerce sales, customer relationship management system research, marketing analytics, and technical team operations.
