As Operations and Strategy Director, Christy McFerren’s primary objective at Catalyst is to develop highly recognizable and distinguishable brands that achieve profitable results. Christy uses her passion for clean, well-built designs that are founded on analytics and sound metrics to lead her team to produce pieces that work well. Using her background in web design, digital and traditional marketing, and print design, Christy leads our creative team in developing effective pieces for the user and the client.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Christy held the position of Account Manager at Author Media — a role that has opened doors for direct client communication and has allowed Christy to effectively drive projects to timely completion. Throughout her career, Christy has launched web/marketing platforms for a variety of clients, including Harvard Health Publications, Chicken Soup for the Soul, Ann Voskamp, Doug Conant, and other household names.
Outside the office, you can find Christy at Alamo Drafthouse with her husband for regular movie nights or at home with her two cats and two dogs. She has a strong opinion on the Oxford comma, office décor, and the World Cup.
