Reputation Management Specialist
Ashley Carter bring three years of experience to her role as Reputation Management Specialist for Catalyst. As such, she ensures the success of clients’ marketing efforts and online reputation by proactively monitoring and responding to property reviews and resident concerns, conception and execution of proactive reputation campaigns, and developing customer experience strategies at the client and corporate levels.
Ashley brings a background in Fortune 500 communications to her role. In her previous roles at Facebook, the Walt Disney Company, and Levi Strauss, Ashley focused on intersecting effective marketing and communications with a strong focus on the consumer experience. Ashley has a passion for public relations, social media, and customer experience.
Ashley studied public relations at the University of Oregon. A born-and-raised Oregonian, she loves rain, pinot noir, and true crime.
